Refund Policy
Our offerings are primarily for services, and therefore not eligible for refunds. However:
For web design packages, we will not charge you until the project is completed to your satisfaction.
(Note: Depending on the size of the project & estimate, there may be a non-refundable deposit required)
For hosting services, you are free to transfer/migrate your website to any other provider at any time. If you choose to do so within 30 days of ordering, we will refund your purchase price in full, no questions asked. After 30 days, ongoing services charges are non-refundable
